| LT. Colonel Dave Grossman (Ret), is an internationally recognized scholar, author and speaker who is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of human aggression and the roots of violence and violent crime. Lt. Colonel Grossman is a West Point Psychology Professor of Military Science and an Army Ranger who has combined his experience to become the founder of the new field of scientific endeavor referred to as “killology”. Lt. Colonel Grossman will address attendees on how this aggression begins at an early age and can be related to the number of serious school violent situations present in our nation’s schools. | | | | 
| | Don Alwes, is a trainer and consultant with 24 years of law enforcement experience. He is a lead instructor for the National Tactical Officers Association in the areas of school and workplace violence and active shooter response. For 15 years, Don has served as an adjunct instructor for Kentucky's Department of Criminal Justice Training. He has instructed law enforcement personnel in active shooter response/rapid deployment, terrorism, homeland security, school and workplace violence, firearms, tactics, vulnerability assessment, and executive development. | | | | 
| | Phil Chalmers, has been writing books, studying youth culture and speaking nationwide since 1985. Phil has a passion to guide teens toward a more positive, healthy and safe lifestyle. He is the author of several books and documentaries, including "Can You Handle The Truth", "True Lies", "Music To Die For" and "I Don't Listen To The Lyrics Handbook". His latest book, released on April 20, 2009 is titled "Inside the Mind of a Teen Killer", Phil's 20 year study on juvenile homicide and school violence. Phil has also released a book titled "The Encyclopedia of Teen Killers," the longest list of teen killers ever printed. | | | |
