The G.R.E.A.T. Midwest Atlantic Regional Training Center is hosted by the La Crosse Police Department in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Staff members include Regional Administrator Lt. Raj Ramnarace and Regional Assistant Teri Stoughtenger. 

Currently, the Midwest Atlantic Region is the Chair for the National Policy Board (NPB) and National Training Committee (NTC).  Lt. Ramnarace is the Midwest Region's NTC representative and Chief Edward N. Kondracki is the NPB representative.

The G.R.E.A.T. Midwest Atlantic  Regional Training Center is responsible for a 16-state jurisdiction.  These states include:    Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Jersey.
